• Manage clinical quality data and four data systems supporting the organization and nine external programs.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Quality Improvement Reports and Monthly Quality Presentations for care teams and the board of directors.

• Create and manage data review processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.

• Complete internal audits and assist with external audits on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (e.g. 340B, MaineCare HealthHomes, etc.)

• Assist with the preparation of the annual Quality Improvement Program Plan and evaluation and lead quality improvement initiatives.

• Train new hires and create an instruction and resource guide.

• Assisted with quality data collection, analysis, and running reports for providers, committees, and leadership.

• Primary liaison serving 28 providers through review of patient data and communication of care gaps.

• Administrative support of the quality program through coordination of patient appointments, medications, and resources.

• Assisted with monthly patient focus groups and conducted member calls and surveys to improve patient care and sentiment.

• Lead patient communication, outreach and appointments for a hypertension grant responding to management of chronic diseases.

• In-depth knowledge of the college academics, administration, campus life and history. Collaborate closely with Admission Counselors and engage with families and students about Bates history, campus life, and academics through hosting of tours, etc. assist with summer admission events (i.e. Open Houses), including panels and special event tours, as well as assist with various tasks related to Bates Admission.

Intern 

• Organizing three days of competitions, workshops, talks, etc. for the first Global Traditional Food Summit at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, New Delhi from 24th to 26th February 2017.

• Helped in setting up a social media presence, creating posters and layouts, proofread documents and materials in English, and occasional general IT and tech help.

• Made calls, set up appointments/invitations with International Embassies and Consulates in New Delhi as well as general office management and assistance.
